Ndombele. along with Davinson Sanchez arrived in Turkey late in the summer from Tottenham; the midfielder is on loan for the season.
While Sanchez has managed to hit the ground running, Ndombele is yet to hit his full stride and has come under the scanner in the last few days.
It has been claimed Ndombele broke a planned diet by ordering a hamburger, amid Galatasaray being unhappy about his physical shape.
Galatasaray have also been suggested to be exploring ending the loan in January.
However, Galatasaray’s coach has himself come out in the open clarifying the situation, rubbishing allegations and insisting that the Tottenham loanee enjoys his full trust.
“There are ugly allegations made about Ndombele.
“They are completely fabricated and fake news”, Buruk was quoted as saying by Turkish outlet Sports Digitale.
“He started training with the team yesterday. I trust him.”
Ndombele has featured in seven games for Galatasaray overall but is yet to make any goal contributions and it has also been claimed that Buruk was not in favour of signing him.
